Start small and manageable. Consistency is absolutely the key when it comes to direct mail. Studies have repeatedly shown that it takes multiple “touches” to make the sale, and that’s even more true when you’re looking at an industry like real estate. It’s far better to plan a small direct mail campaign that you know you can follow up on effectively than to start with a huge list that gets out of control.
